FoliePop's™ is a French Pastry & Coffee House born & raised in Austin, TX. Made by creative and artistic French food enthusiasts, FoliePop's is the home to never-seen customizable pastries and signature recipes handcrafted with French excellence & savoir faire in the heart of Austin, Texas!
The FoliePop's™ story began overseas when Chef Antoine and Audrey joined forces in an established luxury French gourmet food company called Fauchon. After spending years in Dubai developing the products and the distribution network for the Fauchon brand, Audrey and Chef Antoine decided to embark on an adventure of their own with a never-seen concept.
They took their signature recipes, their cat & their French accents and jumped on a plane to cross an ocean (and a few countries along the way) to Austin, Texas! They arrived in the summer of 2019 to pioneer the FoliePop's™ dream with the support of their Austinite family.
