FoliePop's™ is a French Pastry & Coffee House born & raised in Austin, Texas. We are creative and artistic French food enthusiasts. We offer never-seen customizable pastries and signature recipes made with French excellence & savoir faire.

The FoliePop's™ story began overseas when Chef Antoine and Audrey joined forces in an established luxury French gourmet food company called Fauchon. After spending years in Dubai developing the products and the distribution network for the Fauchon brand, Audrey and Chef Antoine decided to embark on an adventure of their own. They moved to Austin Texas in the summer of 2019 to pioneer the FoliePop's™ dream with the support of their Austinite family.

3 Easy Customizable Steps!

 

1. Pick your Base:

Our hollow Pastry Bases are all derived from Traditional French dessert flavors revisited by Chef Antoine. Choose from 8 flavors, like Crêpe, Brownie, Croissant, Cereal, and more...

2. Pick Your Cream:

Fill up your Pastry Base with the signature Cream of your choice. Our homemade Creams are made fresh in-house to tingle your taste buds

 

3. Pick Your Pop’s:

The Pop’s is the final element, our cherry on top that comes in several flavors! Gently place the chocolate-shelled Pop’s on top of the Cream. Crack it open to reveal its concealed signature coulis

We are currently looking for part-time shift employees for the FolieMaker and ChiefFoliePoper positions at our Hill Country Galleria Pastry & Coffee House in Bee Caves, Austin TX. 

We are looking for individuals who want to be part of our fun and dynamic team.

Ideal candidates are people friendly, fun, cultured, and responsible team players with uplifting attitudes.

The FolieMaker position consists in assembling our unique customizable French pastries as orders come in, while the ChiefFoliePoper position consists in managing the Pastry & Coffee House and being the friendly customer assistant of the shop.
